Banners are sold in blocks of 10 and stay on our listing pages for one year. (sample)
These banners will be displayed on the first 10 listing pages as they are created and stay on those pages for one year. (all of these ads will be online in approximately 2-3 weeks)
A permanent one year display of 10 banners= $65, this is only $6.50/ banner/page for a one year display of your product/company.
Maximum size of this banner must not exceed 468x60 pixels and 12 Kb and will be linked to your web site.
Should a customer wish to change their current ad, this can be done for a set up fee of $25.00.
Terms and Conditions:
Payment for ads is due in the form of a personal or company check and for the full amount for the time requested when the ad is ordered. We can also take payment by credit card via Paypal!
Please be specific on the time, style and period desired for the ad.
Customer is responsible to provide TorontoHomeListings.com with all needed artwork for the ad desired. The banner can be only static in GIF (.gif) or JPEG (.jpg) format.
Along with the ad artwork and copy, the customer must also supply us contact information.
TorontoHomeListings.com will send the customer an email notice one month before the current ad expires. Any changes can be made at that time.
TorontoHomeListings.com reserves the right to deem any ad as unsuitable and refund the ad price.
